In accordance with prohibitions on mass gatherings, LOCALs 2020 will be made into a two-part conference. On October 9 to 10, the BSM LOCALs team will be hosting an online pre-conference as a precursor to the main conference- preparations for the physical conference, such as resolution writing, practice debates, and tips on debate skills, will be emphasised. Delegates attending the physical conference are highly encouraged to join the online pre-conference as resolutions for this year’s LOCALs will be written during the pre-conference.
